I've shopped here four times after seeing a Youtube clip about it. There was a minor hiccup once (I accidentally shut down my browser halfway through), but their live chat support was super quick to respond and came back to assist me. Gotta say, it can be pretty addictive shopping on this site!

I honestly believed this was a scam, but a guy showed up in about 5 minutes. Plus, it was really affordable!

This site is for real. I'm from Puerto Rico, and I've placed several orders with them without any issues. Even if my internet was acting up, they kept in touch with me the whole time until my order was finished and arrived.

I purchased some stuff for my Animal Crossing: New Horizons game since I just started my island again. A person showed up on my island, wouldn’t hand over the items, and just stood there. I tried to chat with them, but got no reply. When I reached out via online chat, they claimed the person's internet crashed, which was a total lie because that would’ve ended the session, and I would’ve known. Twenty minutes later, and I’m still waiting! The customer service is completely unhelpful, and I feel like I’ve been scammed!

I’m going to my bank about this, and I’ve also reported it to Nintendo in hopes they’ll investigate and get this website shut down!

It's been three days now. I've had my gates wide open all day long until the in-game clock resets. Then, I get a notification saying my gate code has expired. They say you'll get an email when they're ready to visit your island, but that never happens. You pretty much have to keep the order page open and refresh it constantly to see any updates. So, there's a notice that my gate code needs refreshing. I reset it, and they just wait another full day, and then it starts all over again.

Their so-called '24/7 live chat' is a total joke. I began at position 99 in the queue, made it to around 50 or 60, and then, poof, I lost connection and was back to 99. This happened repeatedly. I haven't even had the chance to chat with a bot, let alone a real person.

I shot them an email, but no reply yet. Might as well dispute it through PayPal.

It's been over an hour and still no sign of my order. I hopped on live chat, and it took me 50 minutes to move from position 50 to 15, but then outta nowhere, I shot back up to position 68. No email updates, no delivery in sight. Luckily, I paid through PayPal.

I got around 40 furniture items, 15 DIY recipes, 180 million bells, and 2500 book mile tickets. Can you believe how much I spent? Just $13.29! I’m totally blown away. It took roughly an hour for the delivery to reach my island, but they definitely delivered all my stuff!! It’s just incredible! I can’t even put into words how great this is.

I've made two purchases so far. The first time, I just got a few NMTs because I was unsure if this site was for real.
